- You’ll have secure online access 24/7 to most of the forms, documents, tools, and resources we use during our coaching sessions.
- You’ll be able to record and check progress on your goals and evaluate your coaching experience.
- You’ll be able to review my calendar for upcoming appointments as well as the terms of our coaching agreement.
- You’ll be sent reminders of upcoming appointments, a link to complete the Call Strategy Form to prepare for each of our coaching sessions, and — if you wish– the notes I take during our conversations.
As a result of these benefits, our work together will be more efficient and more focused on the topic or issue at hand.
