Whom do you help?

Do you feel like you’re on the wrong path?  Or maybe not the best one?

Do you lie awake wondering where to use your unique combination of gifts, skills, education, and experience?  Which job to take?  Which career to pursue?  Which service to provide?

Do you wish someone could shepherd you from doubt and confusion to certainty, clarity, and peace?

If that sounds familiar, we need to talk. I heal the ache of resourceful, competent women who secretly crave more purpose, passion, and joy.

How do you help?

If you’re not 100% certain of your purpose, then I use the True Purpose™ process to help you establish a two-way communication with the “Someone or Something” that knows your purpose and wants to communicate it to you.  I help you discern your calling, clear away your fears, and share your gifts and abilities with others according to your specific life purpose.

If you want additional assistance in understanding who you are and in living out your purpose, I use methods and materials developed by Susan B. Whitcomb, President and Founder of the Career Coach Academy, along with assessments such as the Rokeach Values Survey™ and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™.

Do you work exclusively with particular professions?

No, not at all.  But I do find that lawyers and coaches are drawn to me because of my own professional background and experience.  I understand what it’s like to love the practice of law yet be ready to move on to something even more fulfilling.  I also understand what it’s like to launch a coaching business without absolute clarity around which clients I’m meant to serve and exactly how I’m meant to serve them.

I work with women in transition…women who know that something isn’t quite right…women who sense that somehow they’re “off purpose.”  That woman may have a full-time career, a home-based business, or a part-time ministry.  She may be an “empty nester” or a graduate student.  The essential criteria are that she have a heart to serve others and uncertainty as to how to do that best.

If we work together, what outcomes may I expect?

Remember the scene in C.S. Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia in which the Pevensie children tumble out of the stately old wardrobe into the wondrous, magical beauty of the land of Narnia?  They discover a whole new world, not without its dangers, disappointments, and deceptions–but a world full of awe, joy, splendor and, ultimately, peace.  A world of purpose, passion, meaning, and soul.

Learning and living out your purpose is like passing through those wardrobe doors.  You’ll know with certainty:

•    Whom you’re meant to serve
•    What you’re meant to do, and
•    Which career, niche, role or service opportunity suits you best

You’ll have a lifelong, vibrant connection with your Trusted Source—that “Someone or Something” who knows your purpose and wants to guide you to its discovery and fulfillment.  You’ll wake up in the morning knowing you have a specific reason for being on this earth.  You’ll be calm and confident knowing you’re making the difference you’re meant to make.   Like Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy Pevensie, you’ll live a life full of joy, purpose, passion, and, ultimately, peace.

Imagine!

“Jory and I first met at local charity events in our community.  I then had the good fortune to practice law with her for a number of years.  She has proven herself to be not only a gifted lawyer, professor, and coach, but also a person who is highly committed to her family and friends.  Her trusting and caring nature creates a welcome place for people to be themselves and to explore their full potential.”
