The Hidden Blessing in Your Cancer Journey (Jackie Roberge)

After a cancer diagnosis, many women ask themselves “why me?” and “why now?” These questions can haunt you on your cancer journey or they can lead you to deep inner reflection and potentially down a new and more purposeful life path. Through real life examples, Jackie gives you hope that the journey, however difficult it may be in the moment, can lead to life- enhancing changes that were too daunting to consider before your diagnosis. Jackie talks about the 5 steps she has developed to help guide women in their shift from fighting cancer to embracing the healing journey and moving into a place of love, passion, purpose, and fulfillment. She will also share tips on simple things you can do everyday to play an active and pivotal role in your own healing journey.

About Jackie Roberge

From a career in marketing, Jackie has been guided toward her most purposeful work — empowering women to make their cancer journey purposeful. She is a Cancer SHIFT coach and creator of the Cancer SHIFT program. She specializes and is passionate about helping women with cancer see their cancer journey in a new light and find the blessing in their struggle. She helps them move from fear and anger to a place of increased acceptance, clarity, peace, and joy — a place where deep healing can happen. Jackie is a Meditation Teacher, certified Yoga Instructor, and True Purpose™ Coach. She has been practicing Transcendental Meditation and yoga for over 15 years. She has also pursued studies in TM, Belief Closet, Parts Work, Ayurvedic Medicine, Creative Meditation and Visualization, Reiki, and Spiritual Psychotherapy and Psycho-oncology.

Follow your heart, and it will lead you to your passion. Passion is energizing and can energize you on your healing journey. Find something you love to do and can do everyday. It could be as easy as listening to a favorite song or taking time to walk in nature. Practice nurturing and loving yourself everyday.
